Is there a next day delivery option at AO.com?
There is a next day delivery option for some orders, but this will cost extra. You can also choose a delivery time slot for an additional cost. Next day delivery and flexible delivery costs vary and you’ll be able to see how much this will cost at the checkout.
Does AO.com do free click & collect?
AO.com offers free click and collect on smaller items and you can choose which store to collect from. Click & collect takes up to 3 days to arrive but some collections will be available the next day. Once it’s ready for collection, you’ll receive a text.
What is the AO.com return policy?
AO.com offers free 100 day returns if your product is unused, including any delivery costs. If your item has been used you can still get up to 50% of your money back. Items can either be collected from your home, or smaller items can also be taken to one of AO.com’s drop-off locations to be collected. Head to your 'My Account' page to start your return.
